Keith Tsui becomes head of Koelnmesse subsidiaries in Hong Kong and China

With effect from 1st January 2018, Keith Tsui (43) will take over as Managing Director of the subsidiary Koelnmesse Ltd. in Hong Kong as well as becoming head of the Chinese subsidiary Koelnmesse Co. Ltd. with headquarters in Beijing and branches in Guangzhou and Shanghai. With this move, Tsui will hold responsibility for Koelnmesse's trade fair business in China and Hong Kong with a current six events as well as for the sales of the global events of the Cologne-based trade fair company to Chinese exhibitors and visitors. Together, the two subsidiaries employ around 50 employees in four offices.

Together with Keith Tsui and his team, we want to further expand our market position in China and Hong Kong," says Gerald Böse, Chairman of the Board of Management of Koelnmesse GmbH. Keith Tsui has gathered around 20 years of experience in sales and the trade fair business, twelve years of which he spent in management roles for the Asian market in globally active private trade fair organisers.

In China, he succeeds David Feng, who left Koelnmesse in July 2017. Mathias Küpper, Managing Director of the Koelnmesse subsidiary in Singapore, had taken over the lead temporarily in the interim.
