Application process

Have you found jobs on our career page that you find exciting? This section provides some useful tips regarding your application. We look forward to meeting you!

Before applying

The online application

Please note that we only consider applications received via our applicant management system. In this way, we can transfer your data smoothly and respond quickly to your application, while also saving you time and money. Of course you can attach your application documents as a file.

Do you have a profile on XING or LinkedIn? If so, you can easily import your CV from there into our applicant management system if you want.

Your checklist for online applications

  • Cover letter
  • CV
  • Work references and certificates
  • Proof of highest educational attainment
  • Photo (optional)
Please make sure your application documents are available in the following formats: pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, rtf, txt, odt, ods, odp, jpeg, jpg, tiff, gif, png or bmp files (up to 10 MB).

After the application:

What happens after you apply?

When reviewing your documents, we adhere to a clearly structured process. This depends, among other things, on whether you apply directly, i.e. for an open position, or unsolicited.

Direct application

If you have applied for a specific position, your documents will be included in our applicant management system. Shortly afterwards you will receive confirmation of receipt. Your documents will be forwarded directly to the personnel officer responsible.

If your documents meet with interest following intensive examination, we will invite you to an initial interview. This serves to get to know each other. Depending on the type of position, further discussions may follow in which more focus is placed on specific job topics.

Once all meetings have been successful and the details of the contract have been discussed, nothing stands in the way of your start with us.

Unsolicited application

Your unsolicited application will be placed in a central pool of unsolicited applicants. In your cover letter and in the input fields on the application form, please state the areas of work and specialist areas that are of interest to you. Suitable applications will be forwarded to the relevant departments. If a suitable position is not immediately found, you will remain in our applicant pool. Of course, you always have the option of actively deleting your data.
