Flexible working hours

Lots of our jobs can be performed on a full-time or part-time basis, and you can schedule your own hours as part of an attractive flexitime arrangement. If you perform any overtime, these hours are remunerated or compensated in full in time off (in one consecutive block).

We firmly believe that the best ideas are borne from collaboration – sometimes that's on site in the office or on our trade fair grounds and sometimes that's while working remotely.

Every Koelnmesse employee has a Microsoft Surface including a pen and keyboard – so you can work just as smoothly while on business trips or out and about as you can while on our trade fair grounds.

Electric vehicle charging stations

If you travel to work by hybrid or electric car and want to charge it while at work, there are three electric vehicle charging stations with six charging points near the car park.

There are covered bicycle parking spaces in our car park, and you can also take advantage of our attractive company bicycle leasing scheme.

Take advantage of our wide range of sports courses, including our weekly running and cycling courses. We also take part in B2Run and Cologne marathon. In addition, we regularly provide offers relating to nutrition and health, as well as stress prevention. Our company doctor is available for medical consultations if required.

Our employees are assigned to the appropriate pay scale group based on their professional activities and areas of responsibility. This ensures equal pay for everyone in line with the market.
