Our trainee program offers university graduates comprehensive insight into the most diverse fields of the trade fair business over the course of 18 months. Depending on current needs, we offer trainee positions with various focal points, for example in sales, corporate development or marketing communication. The trainees pass through several stations within the focus area, but also gain insight into other areas of the company. Over the course of 18 months they are therefore familiarised with the diversity of the trade fair business on the job. Further specialist knowledge is imparted through workshops.
The prerequisite for entry as a trainee is a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a subject that matches the respective focus. Previous practical experience related to the respective focus is advantageous.

For university graduates in economics, communications or media sciences, who have already gained initial experience in the editorial and press fields, we offer an 18-month voluntary service in corporate communications, during which the trainees can gain comprehensive experience in the field of corporate and marketing communications on the job. The majority of the volunteer work is completed in Corporate Communications. You will be familiarised with the entire range of communication measures both within and outside the company. During a two to three month assignment, you will also gain an insight into marketing communication. Workshops impart further specialist knowledge and round off your volunteer experience.
